Team Brasov : Day 1

Our team of 7 flew out of Chicago Friday night. We had very smooth flights and landed safely in Bucharest Saturday evening. Pastor Cristi met us at the airport and we took a 3 hour car ride through the beautiful, misty Carpathian mountains that ring central Romania. When we arrived in Brasov at 10pm, Pastor Cristi and Danu, the worship leader at Harvest Brasov, took us on a nighttime walk around the city. We stopped to see the original gate of the city, built in 1559! After our walk, we headed to bed, because we will be up early to worship Christ with our brothers and sisters at Harvest Brasov.
